Return Policy

1. Products Eligible for Return
You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:
You received the wrong product.
The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The product is expired or close to expiry.
Missing items in the order.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
As per Indian laws and healthcare guidelines, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Prescription medicines once delivered (unless they are damaged, defective, or expired).
Opened or used products such as personal care items, baby care, or wellness products.
Temperature-sensitive items like insulin, vaccines, or other cold-chain medicines.
Products with tampered packaging or removed labels.
3. Return Request Process
To raise a return request:
Log in to your PharmaGigantic account.
Go to My Orders → Select the product → Click Return/Replace.
Upload a picture of the product (if damaged/incorrect/expired).
Our support team will review your request and arrange a pickup if eligible.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking) within 5-7 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is available for the returned product, we will arrange delivery at no extra cost.
If the replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated instead.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to raise a return request (if eligible).
