Return Policy 

Effective Date: 4-9-2025

1. Products Eligible for Return

You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product is expired or close to expiry.

  • Missing items in the order.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

As per Indian laws and healthcare guidelines, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Prescription medicines once delivered (unless they are damaged, defective, or expired).

  • Opened or used products such as personal care items, baby care, or wellness products.

  • Temperature-sensitive items like insulin, vaccines, or other cold-chain medicines.

  • Products with tampered packaging or removed labels.


3. Return Request Process

To raise a return request:

  1. Log in to your PharmaGigantic account.

  2. Go to My Orders → Select the product → Click Return/Replace.

  3. Upload a picture of the product (if damaged/incorrect/expired).

  4. Our support team will review your request and arrange a pickup if eligible.


4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking) within 5-7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Replacement Policy

  • If a replacement is available for the returned product, we will arrange delivery at no extra cost.

  • If the replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated instead.


6. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to raise a return request (if eligible).
